Ma jedno dziecko, syna (25 Cent). Zamieszkuje w willi, którą odkupił od boksera Mike’a Tysona.[potrzebne źródło] Fifty, gdy miał 8 lat, stracił matkę, zabitą z powodu długów. Ojciec nigdy się nim nie interesował. Wychowywali go dziadkowie (dzielnica Queens). Lloyd Banks Banks urodził się New Carrollton w stanie Maryland. Jego matka pochodziła z Portoryko, natomiast ojciec był Afroamerykaninem. Christopher Charles Lloyd (urodzony 30 kwietnia 1982 w Baltimore) znany jako Lloyd Banks jest amerykańskim raperem i członkiem G-Unit. Banks urodził się w Baltimore w stanie Maryland. Jego matka pochodziła z Portoryko, natomiast ojciec był Afroamerykaninem. W wieku lat 6 Banks przeprowadził się do South Jamaica, Queens w Nowym Jorku. Wychowywała go matka – ojciec często przebywał w więzieniu. Banks był grzecznym chłopcem. Jego kariera rozpoczęła się w wieku 16 lat, kiedy został wyrzucony ze szkoły – rymował na ulicy, pojawił się też na kilku mixtape'ach, czym uzyskał lokalny rozgłos. Później, wraz z dwoma innymi lokalnymi artystami (50 Cent i Tony Yayo) założył G-Unit. Po założeniu G-Unit, Banks dość często pojawiał się na różnych mixtape'ach. W 2003 roku został wybrany artystą roku, współpracował też z takimi producentami jak DJ Whoo Kid. W swoim dorobku ma też takie produkcje jak Mo Money in the Bank Parts 1, 2, 3, i 4. Banks zaangażowany był też w prace nad solową płytą 50 Centa Get Rich or Die Tryin'. Obecnie, po wydaniu Mo Money in the Bank Part 4, Banks wraz z Eminemem i DJ Whoo Kid pracuje nad kolejnym mixtapem, który wg oficjalnych doniesień, zawierać będzie dissy na artystów takich jak m.in. The Game, Fat Joe czy Jadakiss. Jego pierwsza solowa płyta (G-Unit/Interscope Records) The Hunger for More została wydana w czerwcu 2004 roku. Album promowały takie utwory jak "On Fire", "I'm So Fly" czy "Karma". W pierwszym tygodniu sprzedaży sprzedano ponad 400 000 kopii albumu. Jesienią 2005 roku w internecie pojawił się album The Big Withdraw, który zawierał 23 utwory. Stało się tak za sprawą byłej dziewczyny Banksa, która po prostu zabrała album i sprzedała go za 60 tys. dolarów. 10 października 2006 to oficjalna data wydania kolejnego albumu Banksa, zatytułowanego Rotten Apple. Znane są już 2 utwory: "Cake" z 50 Centem oraz pierwszy singel "Hands Up" (feat. 50 Cent). Data wydania albumu została przesunięta z powodu dość małego zainteresowania singlem "Hands Up". Obecnie trwa paca nad kolejnym krążkiem pt. Gang Green. Na płycie znajdą się tacy wykonawcy jak: Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Tony Yayo, 50 Cent, Young Buck. Producentem plyty będzie sam 50 Cent. Singlem promującym płytę bedzie "Up to My Expectations". Data wydania nie jest jeszcze ustalona. Lloyd banks wachał się czy nie odejść z G-Unit'u po decyzji 50 centa o obecności Banksa na pogrzebie ojca. Lloyd mógł iść na pogrzeb i wypaść z G-unit'u lub jechać w trasę i nie być na pogrzebie.
